American Music Awards 2009

Se ha celebrado una nueva edición de los AMA's (American Music Awards) y esta vez tampoco se ha librado de la polémica. El artista Adam Lambert, conocido gracias a su participación en American Idol, provocó las críticas de muchos al simular besos y felaciones con uno de sus bailarines encima del escenario. Pero fuera de toda esa polémica, vamos a los premios que es lo que nos interesa. La gran ganadora de la noche fue Taylor Swift, aunque Michael Jackson se llevó 4 galardones después de su muerte. Los Black Eyed Peas o Jay-Z también fueron protagonistas de la noche. Veamos los ganadores de cada categoría y algunas actuaciones:

The artist Adam Lambert, known for his participation in American Idol, has been very criticised since his act in the show because he simulated oral sex with one of his dancers. But far from this polemic, we want to talk about the winners. The great winner was Taylor Swift, although Michael Jackson also won 4 awards, even after his death. Después del gran éxito de Shock Value (2007), el productor Timbaland vuelve con un nuevo álbum de estudio con el que continua el anterior, que se titulará Shock Value II. El primer single que se extrae de este álbum es "Morning After Dark", junto a una debutante, SoShy, y Nelly Furtado, aunque ésta no aparece en el videoclip. Ya han alcanzado el #13 en Suecia o #32 en Canadá con este tema en sólo unas semanas.

After the great success of Shock Value (2007), the producer Timbaland returns with another own studio album which succeeds the previous one, which will be titled Shock Value II. The leading single from this album is "Morning After Dark" featuring the new artist SoShy and Nelly Furtado, although she does not appear in the video. They have already reached #13 in Sweden or #32 in Canada in only a few weeks.
